Apparently, Great Britain has lowered its security threat level from 'critical' to 'severe'.

First thing I thought was 'we have a security-threat indicator?' I've never heard it mentioned before. Didn't think the country was shit enough to need such a thing.
$10 says that, like Blairs' popularity, the security threat will forever bounce between 'severe' and 'critical'.

Is it just me or does 'severe' almost sound worse than 'critical?' It's bollocks, there's such little difference between the two.
